Christmas Menu - £24.95 per head

 

Should you decide to book for christmas, please phone to book your date or contact using this website. For parties of 10 or more we require a £10 per head non-returnable deposit, which you can forward to us once you have booked.

 

We also apply a discretionary 10% service charge to such parties. Please choose from the menu below and forward to us no later than ONE week before your meal.

 

 

Starters

    

Homemade seasonal soup (V)

Hot potted smoked salmon in crème fraiche and horseradish

set in butter, served with wholemeal toast

Sesame battered chicken with a plum dipping sauce

Duck and Orange liver pate served with chutney, toast and a salad garnish.

Mushroom risotto balls on a bed of peppery rocket dressed in a balsamic glaze

Traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings

Salmon Fillet topped with a herb , walnut and chilli salsa

served with fresh charlotten potatoes glazed in butter

Cherry tomato tart tatin served with lionase potatoes

Loin of pork filled with our red lion stuffing topped with a

cider and grated apple sauce and accompanied by

roast potatoes.

IN OUR BEAUTIFUL UPSTAIRS RESTAURANT. THE MAXIMUM TABLE SIZE IS

SIX PEOPLE AT £50 PER HEAD TO BE SEATED BY 12.30PM

THE FULL BALANCE IS PAYABLE BY 1ST DECEMBER AN IS NON REFUNDABLE
